2. Choose a home plan that suits your needs and then customize the plan to give it distinction and individuality.
3. Decide on a perfect home site in one of the communities in which we build.
4. Sit down with our knowledgeable lender to find a financing program that best fits your needs. We pay closing costs through our Preapproved Lender Program.

Prior to the start of construction, we will go over the plan to make sure that everything is precisely how you imagined it. Once that is completed, you will have the opportunity to choose the colors and fixtures that will turn your house into a home. We have a wide variety of paint, tile, carpet, stain, brick, etc. for you to choose from.

During construction, you will have the opportunity to tour the home with Gary Norton, our Construction Manager, to insure that everything is according to the blueprints that you have approved. Before you know it, your home will be ready for you to move in!

We don't forget about you after closing. Harbor Homes offers a 10 year RWC State Warranty. We also have a designated staff that is always available and willing to help you with warranty needs.
